Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery (apart from Art items, unless damaged).
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Certain products, such as personalized or custom-made items, may not be eligible for return. Please contact our customer support for more information.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the specified return period.
Our customer support will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RA number) if your return is eligible.
Please clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.
Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item is safely returned to us.
Refund or Exchange:
Once we receive the returned item and it is inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you prefer an exchange, we will process the exchange based on the availability of the desired item. If the item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support immediately.
We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution process.
Depending on the circumstances, we will provide a replacement or refund for the damaged or defective item.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as earrings (for hygiene reasons) or items purchased during clearance sales, may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective. Please contact our customer support for clarification.
